YB2系列隔爆型三相异步电动机
YB range of flame-proof three-phase induction motor
本系列电动机是全封闭自扇冷鼠笼式隔爆型三相异步电动机，是YB系列的更新换代产品。具有高效、节能、起动转矩大、性能好、噪声低、振动小，可靠性高、使用维护方便等特点。功率等级和安装尺寸符合IEC标准并与YB系列电动机一致。
本系列电动机的防爆性能符合GB3836.2-2000《爆炸性气体环境用电气设备 第2部分：隔爆型“d”》和国际电工委员会标准IEC79-1的规定，分别制成隔爆型ExdI、ExdIIAT4，ExdIIBT4，适用于煤矿井下(非采掘工作面)及工厂IIA、IIB级温度组别T1～T4组爆炸性气体环境的危险场所。
本系列电动机主体外壳防护等级为IP55(见GB/T4942.1)。
本系列电动机冷却方式为IC11(见GB/T1993)。
使用条件：
海拔不超过1000m;
环境温度最高温度随季节变化，但不超过35℃(煤矿井下)或40℃(工厂);
环境空气最低温度为-15℃;
环境空气最大相对湿度不超过95%(当温度为25℃时) (煤矿井下)或最湿月月平均相对湿度为90%,同时该月月平均最低温度不高于25℃(工厂);
额定电压： 380V、660V、380/660V;
额定功率：50Hz;
工作定额(见GB755)为了连续(S1)工作制。

This range of motors, whose the explosion- proof properities conform to GB3836.2-83 < < Flame- proof Electrical Apparatus "d"- -Explosion-proof Electrical Apparatus Used in Explosive atmosphere > > and IEC79-1, can be respectively made into flame-proof types of dI, dIIAT4, dIIBT4 available for being used in hazard places with explosive gas mixtures.
The protect degree of enclosure of motors is IP44 or IP54 compling with GB/T4942.1-93 and IEC43-529. The cooling system is ICO141 with GB1993-80 << The cooling Method of Motors >>.
Operating condition
Temperature:variable with season but less than 40°C.
The elevation :less than 1,000m.
Rated voltage:220V, 380V, 660V, 220/380V, 380V/660V.
Duty type:continue(S1).
Frequency:50Hz.
