您现在的位置：首页 >> 产品介绍 产品介绍   YBK系列煤矿用隔爆型三相异步电动机 YBK range of flame-proof three-phase induction motors for coal mine YBK系列隔爆型三相异步电动机是为煤矿井下采掘工作面机械设计的专用电机，机座由钢板焊接成形，风罩、接线盒、绝缘结构采取加强措施，主要用于煤矿井下恶劣工作环境。 本系列电动机的防爆性能符合GB3836．1一83《爆炸性环境用防爆电气设备一通用要求》和GB/3836. 2一83《爆炸性环境用防爆电气设备一隔爆型电气设备“d“》的规定，制成隔爆型dI。适用于甲烷或煤尘爆炸性混合物存在的危险场所。 本系列电动机除机座、风罩、接线盒有特殊要求外，其余如电气性能、安装尺寸、额定功率等均与YB电机相同。 电动机主体外壳防护等级为IP44或IP54，接线盒为IP54，符合GB/T4942．1一85的规定。冷却方式为IC 0141符合GBI993-93《电机冷却方法》。 额定工作电压： 380/660V、660/1140V 接法：Δ/Y 工作方式：连续（Sl） 频率： 50HZ。 安装型式： B3、 B5 机座号： 100～355 功率：2．2～315KW YBK explosion-proof three-phase induction motors are specially designedfor coal mines. The frame is made of steel plate, while the fan cover, terminal box and insulation are reinforced. This range of motors are up to the National Standard GB3836. 1- 83Explosion-proof Electrical Apparatus for Explosive Atmosphere- GeneralRequirement and GB3836.2-83 Explosion-proof Electrical Apparatus Usedin Explosive Atmosphere-Flame-proof Electrical Apparatus "d". They haveflame-proof type of dI for the dangerous areas with methane orexplosive gas mixture. The electrical features, mounting dimensions and rated output of thisrange of motors are all the same as YB range of motors except the frame, fan cover and terminal box.? The main enclosure of motors is at the protection grade IP44 or IP55, while the terminal box at IP54 up to the requirement in GB/4942. 1- 85.
