您现在的位置：首页 >> 产品介绍 产品介绍   YBD系列隔爆型变级多速三相异步电动机 YBD range of flame- proof three- phase induction motors with multipolar variable-speed 本系列电动机是在YB系列上派生的全封闭自扇冷鼠笼式隔爆型三相异步电动机，该系列电动机采用改变绕组的接法来变换电机的极数和输出功率，使之与机械设备的负载特性相匹配，简化其变速系统，并可节省大量电能。 电动机变速类型：有二速、三速、四速三种类型。二速接线盒内有六个接线螺栓，三速接线盒内有9个接线螺栓，四速接线盒内有12个接线螺栓，供用户变极变速使用。 本系列电动机的隔爆性能符合GB3836、2一83《爆炸性环境用防爆电气设备-隔爆型电气设备“d”》规定，制成dIIAT4、dIIBT4，通用于工厂具有IIA、IIB级、温度组别Tl～T4组爆炸性气体混合物存在的危险场所。 电动机主体外壳防护等级为IP44或IP54，接线盒为IP54。冷却方式IC0141（见GB1993） 电动机额定电压： 380V 频率： 50Hz 工作方式：连续（S1） 机座号与转速功率对应关系 This range of motors is derived from YB range which is totally-enclosed, self-cooling squrrel-cage flame-proof three-phase induction one. This range of motors change its connection to exchange its no. of polars and output so as to match with the run characteristics of the load drived by machanical equipment to simply the variable-speed system and save a great amount of power.The varable-speed types are 2-speed, 3-speed and 4-speed. There are 6 terminal bolts for 2- speed terminal box, 9 terminal bolts for 3-speed and 12 terminal bolts for 4-speed to change the no. of poles and speed by customers. The explosion- proof characteristic which conforms to GB3836.2-2000 << Flame- proof "d"- -Electrical Apparatus Used in Explosive Atmosphere Part 2 > > can be made into flame-proof type. This range of motors, whose explosive marking is dI, dIIAT4, dIIBT4 and dIICT4, can respectively used in places where there are flammable gas and the mixture of the vapour and air whose the protection degree is IIA,IIB or IIC and temperature is T1-T4. The enclosure of motors is IP44 and IP54, while the terminal box IP54.The cooling system is ICO141(refer to GB1993). The duty type is continue S1. The rated frequency is 50Hz.
